God wants relationship with us. A relationship built on trust. God has made so many promises to us…all of them are ultimately a guarantee of life and life more abundant. We have an opportunity to respond to God’s promises with faith. Will we be able to respond like Jacob? Will we say about our own lives…“Surely the Lord is in this place—and I did not know it!”…“How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.”
