As we begin a new year, a “year of invitation,” let us first prepare (and make room in) our hearts. Let’s remember that God is the first to invite us…to relationship, to love, to new life. Let’s consider that God’s invitation is for us to grow…together. It is through our changed lives that we are inspired to invite others to share in our own lives and in the love of the community that we are a part of. Let us ask for the guidance of the Holy Spirit, to open our hearts and lives, to prepare room for Invitation. The invitation to share in something special together.
